Acrobatic, singing and dancing. Male member is good comedy acrobat, but wastes half the time in “stalling.” The woman is excess. Just got by and that was all. Garden in 5, 10 minutes.

In “The Apple of Paris.” Very fine pantomime playlet. The story held attention throughout. Capitally portrayed. Should create comment. Finished moderately strong. Two specials in 3, special in 1, 19 minutes. (Cleveland)

Francis Yates

An act of the Eltinge order, presenting the Society Belle, the Ingenue, the Kiddie and the Surprise. Made a favorable impression, winning applause after each number. The act is very adequately staged. Fairly good finish. Two specials in 1, special in 3-15 minutes. (Cleveland)

Lida McMillan & Co.

In “The Late Mr. Allen.” Three women, one man. A very good comedy skit, with a moral tab as a good lesson. The act found immediate favor, gaining undivided attention. Abundant laughs and a very good finish. Thoroughly satisfactory. C.D.F. in 3, 25 minutes. (Louisville)

DeVoie Trio

Three men. A very fine athletic and flying ring number. The work is exceptionally clean in execution. Act held closest attention, making a fine opener. Strong finish. Special in 4-8 minutes. (Buffalo)

Roehm’s Athletic Girls

Fencing, boxing, bag-punching, etc. Good enough act, but not very well received. Some scattered applause, and a fairly good finish. Special in four, 11 minutes. (Toledo)

The Great Golden Troupe

Russian singers and dancers, all making a very good appearance, the singing and dancing both scoring strongly. Had no trouble in holding the house and the finish was strong. Special set in 5, 14 minutes.

Goldsmith & Hoppe

Two men in a comedy talking musical act. Their work went very well and they finished very strong. 19 minutes, street in 1.
