The Nanon Bros. are not properly billed. The "Comedy Cycle" act includes only a minute or two of bicycle use while the rest of the 11 minutes consists of the men falling about the stage. They both wear comedy make-up and strive for laughs. One man is a good ground tumbler and the other a contortionist.
Whenever the impression of striving for a laugh is given the result is always the same, the laughs do not come. The pair closed the show but failed to keep the audience in. The one feat in the act that earned them a laugh was a dive over the orchestra pit into the aisle by one of the men.
Why they did not follow up their comedy with a little straight work is unknown.
