A “crook” sketch set in a restaurant. A man sits with a woman and steals a ring from her while the waiter steals their pocketbooks. The woman knocks the two out by placing something in their drinks and telephones the police.

"The Last Laugh."
The City audience Tuesday evening appeared surprised at the ending.
"The Last Laugh" is a "crook" sketch that will suffice for the small time at this late date, and appears to have been built for those circuits, since the playing is of a similar calibre.
