" Harper, Desmond, and Hilliard, colored, were the big hit of the show. After they had left the stage and the opening chorus of the second burlesque was on the house demanded more of them.
" Beyond one song and a little talk, which were heard only by those who occupied the first few rows, Miss Bailey did not figure in the proceedings conspicuously, her business being to dress the stage with the Bailey undulating curves neatly set forth in white tights."
Costumes are tasteful and lavish.
