Jimmy Johnston followed, using his familiar routine for the body of his single. For an encore he used "My Pocket Handkerchief," the same bit Georgie Price employs at the start of his act There is a contest over the rights of the material. Both claim to have bought it from the writer (Blanche Merrill) and both insist it is his property. The bit is original, detailing the graceful usages of a hand-chief, and it is hardly feasible to share it. It is probably a more valuable property to Johnston, for George has a good deal of other matter to offer. They might adjust ownership
amicably.
