Arthur Pearson's "Step Lively Girls" is a revue, not a "book" show. There is no effort at any concerted sequence, even the flimsy kind which generally runs for plot in burlesque. Here reason runs for Sweeny. But it is a fast succession of bits, backed up by a snappy chorus and superior sets. The last scene is as handsome as anything on the front wheel.
