"Brittany Romance."
Bryan Lee and Mary Cranston followed with their "Brittany Romance." There isn't a more likable couple in vaudeville. With Bryan's voice and Mary's everything, their act couldn't help getting over. Nevertheless they need new material. The aviator and girl idea has been overplayed. The talk in the act is heavy and the lyrics only fair. William B. Friedlander wrote the act and it is far from the standard he has set in his previous work. Possibly six months or a year ago the material might have been satisfactory. Now it's passe.
