All that can be said of Mr. Barnes is that he is an artist of the first water, and notwithstanding the success of the acts preceding him, he came out, shook hands with the audience, and had everything his own way. It would be hard to conceive of any act doing better than he did and he provided 26 minutes of very classy and exceedingly interesting amusement. Olio in one, 28 minutes.
