Mr. Hill is a crayon artist who uses just the face of a girl and upon this he fashions hats of many and various kinds, furs, coats, muffs etc., meanwhile carrying along a line of patter. It is a very unusual act, very clever and a good change from the stereotype opening act usual in vaudeville. 9 minutes in one and a half.
