‘The King Magician.’ 25 min, FS. Carries his own drop which, along with his men in uniform, makes a splendid showing. This is the most rapid-working magician act ever seen. The audience was worked up to the highest pitch of interest with every new surprise. None of his tricks were too obvious. Taken altogether, these illusions stamp him as genius in his line, and he could easily have held the audience for three times the time limit as they applauded constantly and were hungry for more. Every feat got a ringing hand. Regard him as one of the greatest Vaudeville attractions ever offered anywhere. We are billing him and ‘Motoring’ to the limit, and there is no doubt they will pull big nosiness for the rest of the week.
