Comedy Sketch 22 min. F.S. close in 1. 3 shows. Three people, -man in Frenchman make-up, a woman working straight, and precocious child. The kid in this act is the whole thing. The woman does not know how to act, and the man as a French butler does not know how to conduct himself on the stage. The child takes the part of the round-about-town sport. There were some scattered laughs in the act, but the good work did not make up for the poor. The work in 1, at the close, received a fair hand, but more, I fancy, through sympathy than anything else. The little girl quite took the house because of her natural genius, and got a recall, but her support is painfully weak. The girl will yet do some big things if not handicapped as she was today.
