MNH 2. Assisted by a man and woman, with props playing a small part, in a comedy, “The Days of ‘49”. The situation is taken from his farce, “Belina Bailey’s Boarders”. Mr. Nobles takes the character of an Irishman, while his wife impersonates a young widow. The company is good. The act contains a lot of good laughs and funny situations. It is away from anything this man ever done. I believe later on it will be one of the best acts Mr. Nobles has ever presented. 34 minutes, carrying his own setting.
