MHR 2. Consisting of Mr. Haines, Miss Laura Hope Crews, one other lady and a man in a small part, in a piece entitled “Their Honeymoon”. This act was rather disappointing yesterday, and I think it was due in a large measure to the fact that our stage is hardly big enough to present the act properly. The set calls for the stage to be divided into three different rooms, and our stage is so narrow that everything is cramped, and in addition the people in the boxes could hardly see the rooms on the respective sides. While there is no question that both Mr. Haines and Miss Crews are capable actors, they were undoubtedly badly affected by the lack of room, and hardly did themselves justice. 25 minutes, full stage.
