Baird's act is part of the "Big Banner Show."
Miss Baird's act, "The Tailor Made Girl", opens with I'd Rather Have a Girlie Than an Automobile." She sings the song as Bill Dillon would, and nearly as well even though it is a masculine selection. She then moved to the piano to sing "A Little Bit is a Whole Lot Better Than Nuthin' at All" and "That Wasn't Just Exactly What I Wanted." Each of these numbers seem to be a restricted or exclusive number; neither has been heard before.
The spice the two new songs bring will not harm Miss Baird further in the show. Except for the final verse of the latter song, her selections are "O. K." Before she can move to the big time she should consider adding another Dillon number between the piano selections. While this means a difficult change of dress, if managed properly, she should be a "big time" act.
