One is a comedian who does well, without becoming boring or repugnant. The other is a “straight,” his dancing being the best feature of the act. They do not use any ancient stuff or hackneyed phrases. They finish strong with a dance number. The "colored chaps" could attract attention on an early spot of a big bill.
