Valentine Vox

Valentine Vox, in an elaborated ventriloquial routine, offered something new in stage setting. He works well with his dummy and gets everything out of his style of act. His material is new is spots. Instead of singing a song he whistles.

Walters and Walters

Walters and Walters didn’t loose any time in getting their ventriloquial routine over and almost stopped the show. This act can play the big time any time and is the feature attraction at any popular price theatre. Mrs. Walters’ imitation of a baby crying is very realistic and all the mothers in the audience appreciated her efforts.

Walters and Walters

Walters and Walters didn’t lose much time in getting the audience in the palm of their hands with their ventriloquial routine. This act carries two dummies including the baby dummy. Mrs. Walters works hard, with the baby dummy. The act received more applause than nay of the acts before them and were the hit of the first performance.

Fred Weber and Co.

Fred Weber and Co. is an especially clever ventriloquist offering. Weber’s work being particularly good in taking the dummy from the valise.

Dan Clancy

Dan Clancy the naval ventriloquist with a battleship drop and a dummy representing a wireless operator, navigated in good style. Fished up a number of laugh and received a satisfying bombardment of applause at his close.

Ray Conlin

Ray Conlin and his ex-soldier dummy, drew the number two spot and got away well. Conlin’s ventriloquial efforts centered on laugh rather than difficult feats of voice control, and the act went big.

“The Great” Howard

“The Great” Howard next did his ventriloquial act staged in a Red Cross but in the battle some of the sometime deceased war. He used a couple of soldier dummies and got laughs on the cross-free talk between them, but should bring his songs up to date.

The Great Howard
