Van Hoven

“The Dippy Magicians.” He does nothing in the way of magic except to burlesque but with a couple of boys called from the audience he managed to create about as much amusement as any on the bill. In one.

Henry Olive

Assisted by Hal Sturgis Walker. In 1. Time 14. Burlesque expose of magic, telepathy etc. A hit.

The Van der Koors

Burlesque magic act, rather unusual in its make-up, but hardly stronger than to open the show. 12 Min. Open F.S., close in One.

Van Hoven

Comedy magician. An unceasing flow of comedy comment, which reminds on of Jim Horton, with an introduction of a few tricks of magic. An excellent comedy act and one that evokes screams of laughter. Big hit all the way through. Finish strong. 19 minutes, olio in 1.

Henry Clive

Burlesque magician; while Mr. Clive got over very well, I was somewhat disappointed in his lack of new material; in fact, everything he did, he has done here before on two engagements. A number of reports along the line have said that has new material; if he has, we didn’t get it. 14 min. in one.

Jarrow

Comedy magician, who performs a number of tricks very cleverly and who has a running fire of comedy comment that brought forth a lot of laughs. Proved a thorough entertainer and held the interest without trouble. 23 minutes, olio in 1.

Jarrow

22 min. in one. This man has a very individual manner. Succeeds in holding the attention of the audience with laughter and applause throughout his entire act. His lemon trick and tobacco trick are very puzzling, and his running fire of banter is original and clever. Closed very well indeed.

Jarrow

Kept them laughing every minute of the 20 he held the stage. A good comedy act. In one.

Henry Clive & Co.

14 min in one. This is a well known act here, receiving advance applause and keeping the audience in good humor with his fake magic work. A very original chap. Miss Walker makes a pretty appearance. Mr. Clive introduced some new work and all his stunts were very amusing. Closed well.

Jarrow

In 1. Time 16. Trickster humorist. The success of the act is in Jarrow’s ability to get the audience to co-operate with him.  He is energetic and bright. Went with plenty of laughs throughout.
