Lillian & Anna Roth

Two precious little girls who have an entertaining skit which pleased generally, but I believe the children are entitled to a better vehicle than their present one, as they have plenty of ability but are somewhat handicapped by material. Nevertheless, they went very well indeed, finishing with strong applause. 17 minutes; one full stage, have a very short close in one.

Walter G. Wroe’s Dancing Wonders

33 min. This is a local act and the most ambitious thing that Wroe has attempted. Begins with Zouave drill, then proceeds to various kinds of dancing, all of which get big applause. Dancers are all the way from six to sixteen years of ages, and make a very pretty picture. A very important act for this house, as they are all local children and Wroe has a strong representation here as a dancing master. Whereas these children all come from well-to-do families here in Philadelphia, the act would make good on any bill anywhere in the country purely on its merits. It is really an ambitious production and does great credit.

Al White’s Review

(28 mins.) A local production with about twenty children and a young man principal. A very good summer season feature that created a lot of local interest. Some of the dancing by the children is exceptionally good and the act really made a very good impression in this spot on general merits.

Kennedy & Berle

(22 mins.) One of the big applause hits of the show. Very clever children and they have excellent material. Each of their bits scored and they finished very big.

Marion Brim

The Jazz Baby. Child singer and imitator. Clever little girl. but voice rather weak went very good 12 min in 1

Jane & Katerine Lee

(22 mins.) These children were not only a big draw but a tremendous applause hit. They are exceptionally strong with the women and children and for that reason a very good vaudeville feature.

Albert Hole

14 min. in one. This little chap has the stage manners of a veteran, and has truly a sweet and remarkable voice. Every one of his songs, all well selected, were well received. Closed with “Annie Laurie” and “Garden of Roses” which were beautifully rendered. Has a voce of great range, purity and accuracy of tone. Closed strong.

Albert Hole

English boy soprano. This young lad is a great singer and made a distinct success. All of his numbers went very well and finished strong. 9 minutes, place in one.
