Reno, Richards & Co.

time 18 minutes, full stage. This act was a surprise, as it is now in very much better shape, both as to comedy and acrobatics, than ever before. It is really as good an act as we play. Considering prices paid other acts, it is well worth the money.

Lweis [sic] McCord & Co.

time 28 minutes, full stage. Presenting “Her Last Rehearsal.” The act was in bad shape Monday, owing to the fact that the man playing Romeo was very uncertain, it being his first performance. However, the act is working up and going nicely. McCord does not follow the Fredrick Bond Idea in the act, but treats the comedy more farcically, depending entirely on the laughs for his hit.

Edith Helena

time 10, all in one:- Miss Helena makes a feature of her phenomenally high upper notes, which are truly marvelous. She has an excellent voice as well, and with the selections in use makes an excellent offering, well worth the money.

Guyer & Burns

time 15, set- full stage:- Guyer is possibly one of the best American pantomimists, but the principal part of the act consists of double acrobatic dancing. Consider it a fairly good offering, possible overpaid.

Lillian Burkhart

time 21, set- full stage Presenting “the Salt Collar”, one of her early offerings. It does better than any sketch we have played recently. Miss Burkhart appears to fit this character better than her roles in other sketches. Cast only fair.

The Venetian Gondoliers

“The leading number has a stage setting of Venetian scenic art, which is very pleasing to the eye.”
