Most of the work is done by the larger woman. The best was a silhouette showing a tramp taking snuff. There were real laughs in this.
The shadowgraphs are fairly well done, but the lighting apparatus is not so skillfully managed. A lime or arc-light placed front centre is used.
A good deal of glare escaped backward into the house and annoyed the audience through the act.
Mostly shadowgraphs, te magic being happily inconsiderable and light both as to quantity and quality, particularly quality.
