John E. Henshaw and Grace Avery

Henshaw has long been associated with musical comedy while his partner has been in several legitimate shows.
"Strangers in a Strange Flat" takes place in a furnished flat which Ruby Bright (Miss Avery), an actress, has just rented from the janitor. She is to play in a new show, opposite a well known comedian, Bradley Sharp (Henshaw). She has not seen him before, and imagines him very fresh. The principals meet and the fun begins. They finish the act with a song and dance. Their encore was a taxicab bit.
For the most part, the action is rapid. It slowed a bit in the middle, but that should be remedied. The act is chock full of bright, snappy lines with considerable new and original slang.
