Dugan and Rayomnd are a hit in the "pop" houses, all because of the comedy of Tommy Dugan, who appears as a messenger boy. Dugan, a capital comedian and with a partner who could run into the home stretch with him, the act would undoubtedly land in the bigger houses. Some of the talk borders on the "blue," but Dugan makes every word tell and keeps his face and tongue working overtime.
