“The Cheer Up Boy” — Tells Irish stories of the late war, some singing and sings a song in French. Billy surely took the slump out of the audience, for he has away of his own of putting things over that look great with the people for they gave him plenty of laughs and also hands thro his act — and at the finish called him out four times. 15 min. in one.
In “There You Are” — Man and woman. Piano, singing and talking act; play the clarinet. Woman dressed very neat. This act went about the same as the above. 15 min. in one.
Booked as offering A Unique Novelty. Man and woman. Juggling and balancing different articles. Not a hand or a laugh thro their act until the finish — then so weak that you would think they were performing in a cemetery. 6 min in full.
