A Study in Harmoney. Five young girls in a singing act. This act did not seem to take very well with the people here — They do not seem to have a life enough in their act — work as though run by machinery. Received a light hand. 12 min. in one.
Reddington & Grant
“In Bounce Inn” — Two men. Bouncing act — Bouncing on a spring – do all manner of stunts in bouncing. Received plenty of laughs thro act and a big hand at finish. 8 min. full.
Cliff Clark
In Songs and Stories. Mr. Clark has a way about him that is very pleasing and a quaint way of putting his stories ever that went good with the audience. Received laughs and a good hand. 10 min. in one.
Allen & Moore
In “The Happy Couple” — Man and woman; act consists of upte-minute songs, clever stories and eccentric acrobatic dance specialties. This act went very weak, only received a very light hand at finish. 10 min. full.
Nellie & Josephine Jordan
(8 mins.) These girls have made a departure from the usual wire act and were a big hit in the closing position. In staging and dressing it is one of the very best acts of its kind in vaudeville and the girls make a very attractive appearance.
Burt Gordon & Gene Ford
(14 mins.) This act was a riot in the next to closing spot and an ideal number to follow the headline. They kept the house in a roar or laughter and finished amidst a whirl of applause.
Toto
(18 mins.) With an act very much alaborated since last season he was one of the big applause hits of the show. His act is not only a great pantomime act but also a great acrobatic number, and it was a tremendous hit.
Anna Chandler
(18 mins.) Taking the place of Mabek Berra, who was will, and going on cold without any advance billing, she was a big applause hit. Nearly all of her songs were new and handled in the same style that made her such a hit here last season.
