Harry & Grace Ellsworth

(11 mins.) They have always done well for us and this time went as big as ever, the dancing of the boy scoring especially big.

Sealo

(6 mins.) This is a remarkable and interesting novelty. The seal works alone on the stage and goes through a fast routine of tricks. A very good opener.

Garfield & Smith

Man and woman in “Conversational Nonsense” – do 10 minutes of nonsensical talk which did seem to go with the audience, as they received no laughs and a very light hand at finish.

The Eight Blue Demons

Arab Acrobats. A good act while it lasts but it seems to be over almost before it begins. Pretty big salary to pay for an acrobatic act which runs only 5 minutes full stage.

Powers & Wallace

An exceedingly clever couple who have some new ideas in the flirtation line and a very good burlesque on a country wedding. 18 minutes in one.

Hickman Brothers

One black face and one white face comedian. Rather an old fashioned act but it did fairly well. 16 minutes in two.

Boyle & Bennett

Eccentric dancers. These people have a new twist in the dancing line which the audience was quick to recognize and they got considerable laughter as well as applause. 10 minutes in one.

El Cleve

Xylophonist. Made a very good opening act, bright and lively and went exceedingly well. 15 minutes in one.

Snell & Vernon

(5 mins.) A pretty novelty on the rings by man and girl. Have worked out a showy routine with one big finishing trick and did well in the closing spot.

Charles Olcott & Mary Ann

(13 mins.) Held this important position even after all the singing ahead of them. The comedy in the act is nicely placed and well handled. Closed to a big hand and held the spot fine.
