Franklin & Green

27 min. First appearance after a long absence and just as big as hit as ever. All her songs are new and as good as she has ever offered here. Mr. Green won individual honors with his piano selections. Won plenty of applause and took several bows after an encore number.

Jim & Marian Harkins

17 min. Local act and repeated same big laughing act as on former visits. Very little change except in songs. Harkins’ comedy kept them laughing and the act closed strong.

Military Octette

42 min. A bunch of boys formerly in vaudeville and now in the service stationed at Fort DuPont,  Delaware. Present a minstrel first part dressed in army uniforms, two in blackface doing end-men. Program includes popular songs and ballads and a routine of jokes. Act could get over on performance alone but with boys in uniform it was a riot of applause.

Ethel Mac Donough

15 min. Her new act consists of character impersonations with a song and she finishes with a patriotic ballad. Act is good looking, material handled and well received.

De Haven & Nice

9 min. These boys got very little with their burlesque opening but finished strong with a few minutes of very good eccentric dancing.

Everest’s Circus

11 min. One of the best animal acts we have ever played. A routine of clever tricks by the monkeys in enlivened by comedy which kept the audience laughing. An excellent opener.

Chinke & Co.

10 min.f.s,. This is a combination of juggling and bicycling. Both man and woman are clever and held the audience well closing a long show.

Jimmy Lucas & Co.

15 min. in 1. Mr. Lucas has a pianist with him and put over his “Nut” material well. Went good.

John Dunsmure

13 min. in 1. This man has a good appearance and nice voice. Tells a few stories between his songs and seemed to please.

Motor Boating

20 min. in 2 ½ -spl. Two men and two women in a good clean comedy act and went over big.
