16 min. “Tony and his Legal Adviser.” These boys got plenty of laughs with their character talking act. They appear as Italians and have a good line of chatter, closing with a musical bit which took them off to a good hand.
31 min. A capacity audience gave this venerable actress a royal welcome and listened with the strictest interest to her recital of the one-act French play in which she is the central figure. At the finish the applause lasted through several curtains.
24 min. Although this girl has been here several times she has never presented anything quite so elaborate as her new act and she was a big applause hit. She works in a beautiful stage setting and has the assistance of Kerry Jarnagin at the piano. Her program of violin numbers included both classical and popular music and she also sings with three of her selections. She played an old time ballad as an encore and she closed to a big hand.
15 min. These two boys have a medley of songs and dances that got them over to big applause. Their finishing number was a riot and they went as well as any two-man dancing team we have had here in a long time. They are versatile chaps and have a good lot of material.
10 min. Young couple with neat routine of songs and dances. Both are clever steppers and got results from their work, the man injecting some comedy in his dancing. They were given frequent hands and finished very well.
