Stella Mayhew & Billee Taylor

20 min. They are doing a brand new act this season fashioned along what they have used before, but with some new songs and a couple of old ones, which they got a lot out of, and their usual supply of comedy chatter and cross-fire talk. Miss Mayhew won her audience with her first song and from that time until they took their final bows, they had the house laughing and applauding, registering one of the biggest hits they have ever made here.

Katherine Dana’s “Fisher Folk”

In “Summer Visitors.” 21 minutes f.s. Special set. Ten people. Singing act with light comedy. This act has been going big in New England towns for several weeks and today went over first-rate. With a few changes should be a good feature.

Willie Solar

12 min. This young fellow is just over from London where he has been for some time at the Hippodrome. He is an eccentric singing comedian working straight in evening clothes, getting comedy into his songs by the use of vocal contortions. He finished with some eccentric dancing that also went over big. He registered a solid hit, finishing to a big hand.

Willie Weston

19 min. With a lot of good songs, a couple of recitations and some comedy chatter that he handled in splendid shape, he was a big applause hit. In next-to-closing position, he scored solidly with each number and kept the audience applauding for more. His songs are not only well selected but well sung and this is the best act he has ever done.

Ronair, Ward & Farron

18 min. “Are You Lonesome!” Two men and a girl in a very good singing and talking comedy bit. Open with some snappy chatter and towards the finish work in a lot of material that gets some laughs. For their finish some fine singing is introduced by one of the men. They were very well received and closed to a solid hand of applause.

International Four

“Kings of Harmony.” Four men, dress in Palm Beach suits. Act consists of singing and some comedy. 12 minutes in one; went big all day. Good show all through; everybody seemed pleased, I heard quite a number of remarks on the show which were all very favorable.

Crawford & Broderick

12 min. Young man and girl in a very snappy singing and talking skit. They have a lot of good comedy talk, well handled, some good songs and finished with a little dancing. Kept the audience laughing and were rewarded with a liberal hand. This has finally arrived as a big time act.

Juliette Dika

16 min. Franco-American singing comedienne. Since she appeared in vaudeville before, she has been playing in musical comedy where she has been successful. Her offering consists of five songs, one of them a ballad, two familiar comedy numbers and a patriotic French song. She wears some striking costumes, making a rather attractive appearance. She was very well received.

Honey Roy Minstrels

17 min. Seven young men in an old-time first part, very nicely dressed. The boys are good singers and get a great deal out of their solo numbers of popular songs, the harmony being especially good. Some comedy is used by the end men and the act made a very good impression in a difficult position, closing the show.

Truly Shattuck & Marta Golden

18 min. They use a medley of songs with a lot of comedy talk injected and got a liberal amount of laughs. Miss Shattuck sings two straight numbers and Miss Golden one comedy number. They finish with a burlesque quarrel in sing which brought them a good hand at the finish.
