Whittier-Ince & Co.

3 people, comedy sketch. Dr. Smarts Dilemma. Good lively sketch well done went very good 18 minutes.

Marion Murray & Co.

“The Prima Donna’s Honeymoon.” 20 min. F.S. This is a lively comedy act that held the audience satisfactorily. Miss Murray makes a very stunning appearance in three changes of costume, and is well supported. Closed very strong.

“Swat Milligan.”

A good, lively offering to start the bill off with and enjoyed by those who understand baseball lore. F.S.

Edwina Barry and Co.

In the comedy sketch “The Home Breaker” a very good comedy sketch which gets going from the start. Miss Barry very clever and a great comedienne supporting company also very capable. 20 min, full stage.

Ward & Curran

In “The Terrible Judge.” Fared well all the way through, winning a number of laughs and holding the attention. Proved satisfactory. 23 minutes, C.D.F., finished in 1.

Maclyn Arbuckle in “The Welcher.”

29 minutes f.s. Getting a reception on his appearance at both performances. Laughs all through and got a good hand at the finish. Another legitimate star who really made good in vaudeville.

Le Roy & Harvey

“Rained in.” A bright Western comedy sketch played by man and woman in good shape. Plenty of good laughs and would go well in this spot on any program. Own set in 3. Time 16 min.

Griffin & Carpenter

Man and woman comedy sketch called Pickles, not good just got by. 18 minutes full stage.

Lancton-Lucier & Co.

18 min. F.S., close in one. A lady sitting in the box next to me laughed all the way through this act and said, “Well isn’t that one crazy sketch!” But, that’s the answer—it is certainly one scream from all parts of the house, and just what is wanted in an early spot to wake up any crowd, if they need waking. The encore with the order for the comedian to vacate the stage is an irresistible piece of acting. Closed big.
