15 min. A troupe of Scotch singers, dancers and instrumentalists. Plenty of variety to the act. They are all good performers and furnished a good opener. Act well staged.
In a Musical Comedietta “The Bungalow” – Two men and six women; singing, talking, dancing, etc. Open in full with drop representing a tall gate; close with five of the young women buildinga Bungalow. This act went over big. 26 min.
“Those Musical Girls” — Play violin and plane accordion; Popular and classical numbers; very neat act; 12 min. went good.
14 min. in 1 and 2. Open in one with a couple of dances then use piano in two. The girl has all the earmarks of becoming a very capable entertainer, but the act as a whole went only fair.
14 min. One of the biggest applause hits of the show went to the credit of this clever musician. His program includes classical as well as popular numbers and he was compelled to give two extra encores.
15 min. A very high-class musical and dance offering. The combination is an excellent one and artistically arranged so that both principals are shown to advantage. Gygi’s violin numbers won individual honors and the act closed to a big hand.
Andrews and Andrews, man and woman, with a style of working like the old-time comedy musical turns of the nineties, second, cleaned up. The team may be working here under another name than their own.
The Nine Liberty Girls, who have been featuring the lesser Keith houses around town, topped the show and pleased very much, taking the closing spot. As a flash act and a good all-girl musical turn it can’t miss and it has the elasticity which fits it either for big or small bills. On just ahead was one of the new acts, which ought to move upward. It was Anthony and Arnold (New Acts).
