Two men, two women, and two dogs pose in front of a black curtain. Their bodies are all oiled, “giving them the sleek appearance of eels.” The dogs are remarkably well-behaved.
“Aris Mysterie”
The act was eighteen minutes long.
These living pictures are set on a stage which is made up to look like the exterior of a Grecian temple. After an announcement, thirteen living reproductions of famous statues and paintings are presented. Three or four of the reproductions are nudes.
“My Lady’s Fan”
The act was twenty-one minutes long.
Young women pose in front of a fan-shaped curtain in pretty dresses. It is different from other numbers of this kind because there is an absence of nudity.
