Geo. Hart’s “Bathing Girls”

21 min open in one, go to F.S. close with stereopticon drop in two. Second appearance of this act with practically a new cast. Ran swiftly and smoothly up to the surprise finish which got a big hand. The musical numbers are very good, and the girls are all pretty. The comedian, Glenwood White, helps to carry out the act to success. Held the spot in good shape with a holiday crowd.

John Hart’s Bathing Girls

20 minutes practically f.s. as there is little time at either end of it to set. This is one of the best acts Mr. Hart has, a great novelty and the bathing scene at the finish is a decidedly commendable feature.

Geisha Girls

12 min. F.S. One of the prettiest stage sets ever seen, representing a garden of a Japanese tea house. The six girls are mighty pretty, and are certainly the real thing in their signing and instrumental work. Of course, their costuming is superb and against such a brilliant background makes a stunning picture. Good applause and a strong close.

Geisha Girls

15 minutes f.s. In all the notices I have seen of the Geisha Girls, and at the time I saw them in New York, there were eight of them. Only six turned up here to-day. The act is as pretty as ever, and went very well.

Dehaven Sextette

20 min. F.S. Carry a very effective scene set, representing a foreign garden with lanterns of flowers. Same act as presented here before with some of the songs changed. The girls are all pretty and their three changes of costume very fetching. Good applause after each number and winds up the show with sprightly interest and a stunning picture.

Higgins & Bates

(16 mins.) These girls, formerly with the Harry Carroll act, have a very nice dancing number that should develop as the girls are good dancers. They use a piano player and have a good variety of stuff.

Flashes Revue

22 min full stage spec.   A novel surrounding for Baker’s quick changes and much ahead of most girl acts we get here. Went very well.

Fenwick Girls

“From Harmony Bat” — These girls have god voices which they used to good advantage to-day. They received good hands through their singing and a big hand at finish. 12 min. in one.

Capt. Anson & Daughters

“That Grand Old Man of Base Ball” in a baseball skit. The skit is a baseball theme and “Pop” makes good use of it to keep himself in the foreground. The girls dressed very neat. Carry a drop representing a baseball grounds. The act received a number of laughs and a good hand at finish. 20 min.
