He repeated a lot of the material familiar with him, but introduced some new stuff and has a very good encore number which mad quite a big hit. He was generously applauded and finished to a very warm hand, being the big applause hit of the show.

The high-class musicals offered by these musical comedy favorites scored a big applause hit with our audience, their program consists of popular numbers, finishing with the “My Hero” number which Miss Hunt created in “The Chocolate Soldier.” A piano-player did one number and got applause. The act finished to a good hand.
8 min. This fellow, recently one of the principal comedians in “Katinka,” has a very good novelty for vaudeville which scored a big laughing and applause hit. He imitates various musical instruments accurately and works in some good comedy that got good results. He closed to a big hand of applause.
25 minutes in one. Olio drop. A corking man and woman comedy act with a little singing and a piano. They ran Nat Wills a close race for the laughing honors of the show.
In “Bluff.” 20 minutes f.s. C.D.F. These people lost their baggage Monday and had to work in the matinee in street clothes. Received their costumes in time for the night show. The two men work after the style of Billy Arlington and Frank Dobson, with a banjo and a flute. The woman is afeeder [sic]. Some good rough comedy, and closed to a good hand with the dancing finish.
13 min. This is practically the same act that was done by Kramer & Morton under the same title, “The Two Black Dots,” a girl being partner of Kramer’s. The act consists of songs, a bit of comedy talking and some dancing. They got their material over good shape and were a good sized applause hit.
“The Italian and the Actor” – character comedy act; the Italian seems to get everything mixed to the great delight of the audience; little dancing, singing and principally talking; 20 min in one. This act went over great. Tremendous applause.
37 min. This is one of the best tabloid musical comedies vaudeville has had in years and it made just as big a hit here as it did two seasons ago. Andrew Tombes is still the principal comedian and he has a role that is filled with laughing material from start to finish. He is well supported by a company of four principals and a chorus of eight girls, and the piece is attractively staged. It was very well received, finishing to a big hand. Mr. Tombes scored an individual triumph.
In “The Garden of Love” – one woman and four men; musical comedy act; dressed in oriental costumes; carry their own stage setting, which was a scene of the far East and showed a good advantage. 27 min. Went good.
In a comedy singing skit, entitled “Ah, Gimme the Ring” man and woman; songs, music and mostly comedy; the girl’s comedy part went big; 17 min. in one. Whole act went good.
