This acrobatic comedy entitled “The New Chef” was fourteen minutes long.
The setting is a restaurant kitchen with a real working oven. Frank Spissell works with two capable assistants. They perform a series of acrobatic feats with some comedy in between.

The act was seven minutes long on the full stage.
Three men in red tights, athletic shirts, and trunks perform a standard acrobatic routine. They do some good “three-high” tricks, but none of them are original.

The Aeroplane Ladies
The act was nine minutes long on the full stage.
Three women have an aerial act similar to that of the Curzon Sisters. The only difference is that they perform aerial tricks in a novelty aeroplane. They sing in German accents and do some dancing. They then hang by their teeth holding wings and flowing draperies. One of the women sits in the plane for the rest of the performance.
The Four Mortons
Gregoire and Elmina Co.
The act was eleven minutes long on the full stage.
Gregoire and Elmina have a heavy weight balancing act entitled “The Furniture Tusslers.” Elmina is an attractive woman who assists Gregoire. He balances a parlour couch on his head and walks up and down a ladder. For the finale, he balances a “load” of furniture while blindfolded. The “Co.” of the act refers to a young male assistant.
The Nettie Carroll Trio
This all-female act of wire walkers performs in front of new picturesque scenery.
