Assisted by Grace Heyer and Ina Hammer. This was the debut of Mr. Harcourt who comes from the legitimate stage with a well maintained reputation as leading man. Miss Heyer is equally well known to the legitimate stage as a leading woman. The sketch “The Dakota Widow”, presented for the first time in Vaudeville at this theatre is a coherent story of considerable comedy. To say that it was excellently acted is but drawing it mildly, it appears to me to compare favourably with the artisticness of Robert Hillard’s sketches, and is altogether enjoyable. 20 mins. F.S.
– Man and woman, billed as the two baritones. This is an excellent singing turn, both possess good voices, the woman in particular scored big with the audience. 18 in one.
– Japanese acrobats. Two men and five boys. The usual Japanese act of juggling animate and inanimate bodies with the feet, also perch and ladder act. 9 mins. F.S. 3 in one.
A blackface character sketch. This quartette just closed with a minstrel company. The quartette is not up to the standard in comedy, but the singing went well with our audience. 18 min F.S. 6 in one.
Man, two boys, one made up as a girl, and a girl. Acrobatic act. This is one of the best troupes that we play. Little girl is exceptionally good at ground tumbling, as is the youngest of the boys. 7 mins. F.S.
“Two football players and the Farmer”. This is an excellent acrobatic act. There has been no new business introduced, since the first time it was presented here, but nevertheless it made good. 9 mins. F.S.
Three men and two women in a bare stage act entitled “Her Last Rehearsal”. The work of McCord himself is excellent but little can be said for his company. The playlet has good situations and on the whole it was diverting. 27 mins. F.S.
Four women and four men in tourbillon or whirling dances. While this act is showy, and up to our expectations, still we do not think that American audiences care very much for this style of work. 8 mins. F.S.

Singing and dancing comedienne. She appeared to better advantage this week, than on her former appearance, and she seems to please our audience. 13 min. in one.
