Bagley and Bigelow

The act was fourteen minutes long. One man is the comedy Irishman and the other is the straight. They open with crossfire talk in which they argue over whether or not the comedian can sing. The comedian then directs the orchestra to accompany him as he sings off key. After a pause, he sings an Irish ballad in a good voice. They then come together for several duets.

Frederick Rodman Law

The act was seventeen minutes long on the full stage. Frederick Rodman Law recently jumped from the Williamsburg Bridge into the East River with a parachute while being filmed and has made a vaudeville act out of it. A backdrop shows the Brooklyn Bridge and a policeman is asleep nearby. A moving picture cameraman and a young blonde woman tell the officer that Law is going to jump and they are going to film it. Law appears, removes his evening clothes, and climbs a ladder at the side of the stage. The stage then goes dark and footage of Law’s original jump is shown. He enters again dripping wet as though he has just been in the river.

Arue

The act was twelve minutes long. Arue is a violinist with long dark hair. “He’s rather dark-skinned, presumably a foreigner.” He wears evening clothes and plays classical numbers.
