24 min. This very clever sketch repeated the favorable impression made on its first showing here a year ago. It is not only a cleverly written playlet, but is splendidly acted and contains plenty of bright lines and situations. It was very well liked and finished strong.

Eddie Dowling

18 min. As a “nut” comedian, he ranks right up with the best of them and kept the audience laughing from start to finish of his act. He did one serious bit that got over and finished with a dialect number that took him off to a good hand.

Maryon Vadie & Ota Gygi

15 min. A very high-class musical and dance offering. The combination is an excellent one and artistically arranged so that both principals are shown to advantage. Gygi’s violin numbers won individual honors and the act closed to a big hand.

Corbett, Shepard & Dunn

16 min. this trio put over a good applause hit with their songs. Several of their numbers are of a comedy nature and brought excellent results. All three have pleasing voices and they finished to a big hand.

Athos & Read

11 min. a very good skating act by is young man and young girl. The man does a particularly good routine of tricks on skates and the act was a very good applause-winner in the opening position.

Gus Edwards’ Song Review

70 min. This is quite the most elaborate production that Edwards has ever made for vaudeville. He has an excellent cast of principals and a liberal outlay of money is shown in the costuming and staging which will compare favorably with any two Two-Dollar production. The act was very well received and at the finish of the big patriotic finale, there was a big round of applause.

Cummings & Mitchell

19 min. this is a new kind of “nut” act and was a big laughing hit. It consists of a lot of knock about comedy with a couple of good songs and a dance or two, the girl lending able assistance to the nutty comedy work of the man. Kept the audience laughing from start to finish and closed to a big hand.

Makers of History

11 min. A posing act by men who impersonate prominent characters such as Washington, Jefferson, McKinley and others. The posings are well done and each was accorded a good hand. It is a novel offering.

11 min. This woman possesses a pleasing voice of good quality and her program consists of popular selections and she did four numbers. Finished strong.
