The result was as complete a fizzle as a stage crew could possibly make of what gave evidence of being a skillfully arranged electrical spectacle.
Bloom makes an excellent tram, dressed and played with a greater fidelity to the type than is ordinarily seen. The sketch structure it ligh enough to float, being constructed entirely with an eye to the exploitation of the tramp specialty, which is padded out with several topical numbers.
