Odell & Kinley

Acrobatic dancers. Man and woman. A very good opening act in this spot on any bill. Man works in clown makeup and they have a very interesting routine, closing with an acrobatic waltz. Own drop in 1. Time 9 min.

Zara Carmen Trio

Boston jugglers. 3 people. An excellent opening act of any bill. People work fast and make neat appearance. Use special black velvet clorama drop. Full stage 10 min.

Quinlan & Mack

“The Travelling Dentist.” One of the best blackface acts in vaudeville and a big laugh from start to finish. Naturally a tremendous hit with our audiences. Own drop in 1. Time 22 min.

Ethel Fuller & Co.

“A House of Cards.” A melodramatic sketch with four people and one of the bargains of the season. Sketch is interesting and held the audience though I question if it would go in the big houses. Miss Fuller is acceptable in the principal part and has good support. Fcy in 3. Time 16 min.

Sid Baxter

“The Wiry Scotchman.” A pleasing opening act for any show, Baxter’s work on a slack wire riding bicycles being well done. While he holds this spot in good shape am going to place him to open tomorrow to get more value out of the monkey act in this spot. Wood in 3. Time 11 min.

Murray & Lane

“A Quiet Honeymoon.” On the same order as the other vehicles these well known artists have done in vaudeville. Just a thread of a plot, the act depending on the vocal selection which are rendered in good shape. Their 5 min close in which their operatic travesty takes them off to big applause. C.D.Fcy in 5. Time 21 min. Close in 1-5 min.

Nevins & Gordon

“Little Miss Manicure.” A fair singing and talking act, the feature of which is Miss Gordon’s work as a scarecrow. Act is too talky and considerable of the dialogue is poor. At best it is an act for the small time. Olio in 1. Time 16 min.

Alfredo’s Monks

“The Monkey Vaudeville Show.” An act patterned after Rochez’s Monks. This was the first performance here today and act was rather rough in spots. After they get some of the mechanical effects working better act will get by nicely. Special set in 5, time 12 min.

“The Barn Dance.”

Novelty singing girl act with Geo. Spink and 15 people. For a first performance this act went exceptionally smooth this afternoon and was enjoyed by the audience. Act is a trifle rough at present but will work out very nicely and when some lively comedy is injected into the act should prove most acceptable. Spink gets his material over but is handicapped by some pretty ancient gags. Girls look well and work fast. Special in 3. Time 21 min.

Advance Musical Four

Instrumentalists. A very entertaining act offered by four neat appearing young men. Their selections are well chosen and the act was thoroughly enjoyed. Olio in 1. Time 13 min.
