Time 11. 2 young women, 2 young men. In 1. A very neat dancing act. Songs only fair.
Time 12. Man & woman. This well known sharpshooting act proved as great a success at the opening matinee today as it did on its former visit. Very little change.
F.S. Time 15. The first five minutes is wasted in mediocre lariat work, the better of which has been seen here time and time again. Kelly is undoubtedly a skillful stock whip manipulator, yet I would not class him ahead of Fred Lindsey. Kelly has a deliberate manner which slackens up the speed of his offering and hence does not make his work an ideal attraction to close a show with.
Time 20. In 1. Man at piano. An energetic young singer whose selections are all good. Scored heavily.
Time 15. 4 men, 1 woman, 4 horse. F.S. with some special settings. This is a very odd sketch. The plot deals with the efforts of a swindler to dispose of four horses in turn to a man who knows nothing about horses. Some very funny situations results. It is a big comedy success although there is a note of oddity about it that apparently puzzled the audience for a time.
Time 13. C.D.F. A high grade musical can vocal offering presented with excellent taste.
Time 16. 1, 2, 1. Juvenile impersonator with pleasing voice. A mild success.
Time 9. 2 men. Open F.S. close in 2 with special back drop. Knockabout tumblers and comedians. Novel.
Man & woman. 6 dogs, 4 ponies. The conventional line of work well done. Nothing at all extraordinary except a very clever finish.
Time 8 in 1. Neat songs, dancing and patter. Special back drop.
