Seymour’s Musical Dogs
A very good animal act in which the
trainer shows a new trick of a dog climbing
backwards, besides announcing one of
the animals as “positively the only dog
in the world which balances on one foot
and one finger” (his own).

Edney Bros. and Co.
The act was sixteen minutes long.
Two boys perform in front of a Chinatown backdrop and do several changes. They perform their opening song as “Chinks” and do some comedic talk with a girl. They change into so many different disguises that it appears as though there are many more people in the act. One of them sings a song as a “dope” and another does a short speech in verse as a policeman.
Perea Sextet
The act was twenty minutes long on the full stage.
Th Perea Sextet from Portugal plays classical and popular songs on three violins, a cello, a bass violin, an organ, and a piano.
The Follies
The house gains a larger capacity from its width, a feature of theatre construction which, where possible, brings the stage “to the audience” helping the performance.
