Flying Missile Experts – man and woman – have special drop; open in full stage with woman singing in rhyme the different birds and animals the man imitates; closes with boomerang throwing, which was very interesting and went big with the audience, as it was something never seen before. 16 minutes, full stage.

Dr. Joy’s Sanitarium

Five men and a woman; special set of a hospital ward – a musical comedy act; have four beds with a patient in each bed, and their sayings is a laugh all through; the wind-up is with a song and dance by the woman. 13 min. in full stage. Went good.

The Royal Hawaiians

In a spectacular scenic, singing production – “Paradise Beach” seven people; six men and a woman. They sing and play Hawaiian melodies and Hula dances; have a beautiful stage setting. 17 min. Full stage – went big.

Kennedy & Burt

(Tom –Ethel) On “Engaged-Married*Divorced” – three special drops – This sketch is in three scenes. New York Roof Garden; at home in a cozy little bungalow; the last, a divorce court, but at last all is righted, then plain sailing. This act did not go very good with audience. Singing and talking. 12 min.

Norman Spur

“The Boy Scout” – young man dresses in a boy scout uniform. Tells of his experiences in the trenches and the people he met. His line of talk is very interesting and the audience gave him their strict attention during the 17 minutes he was talking (in one)/ he uses slides through out his act. Went over big.

The Dream Garden

Spectacular musical novelty – six girls, play trombones, cornets, horns and violins; spec set – a cyc within a cyc, scene of a mountain; everything illuminates including the ground cloth, costumes, etc., makes a very nice appearance – went over great, six curtains calls. 15 min.

Thornton & Thornton

Man and woman – in “Her New Hat” – a comedy talking and singing act; this act went rather slow at first, but the windup an Italian song, went over good, as they carried a dog in their arms and as they sang the dog howled, this amused the audience greatly. 14 min in one.

Elvera Sisters

Dancers – they give three numbers; fantasy dance, eccentric dance, which include “trick and brake” steps and acrobatic dance. A change of costume is used for each number. 8 min in one; went good.

The Azimas

“The Artist and the Clown.” A new revolving novelty; two men work on aerial apparatus which revolves with electric lights – 6 min. full stage; Went poor at matinee, but went over better at the evening show.

Bessie Knox’s Melody Six

In “A Boquet [sic] of Song and Music – carry their own special scenery. Make a very nice appearance – all dressed in white – this act went over good. 15 min. full stage.
