Anna Buckley’s Pantomime Novelty
The act was nine minutes long on the full stage.
Dogs and monkeys play “skirt-dancing”, “drunk” and “policeman” characters in front of saloon and police station backdrops. A medium-sized bear then roller skates on his hind legs while it carries a small dog in its arms. Buckley then appears in a knee-length leopard skin dress and is surrounded by rollerskating monkeys. One monkey flies up in a balloon.
