Keefe and Johnson

The act was ten minutes long. One man plays the piano and the other sings with a good voice in a high and nasal tone. The pianist sings as well and the boys do some decent popular harmonies.

Egyptian Princess

The act was fifteen minutes long on the full stage. A young woman dressed as an Egyptian Princess plays the harp and sings. She enters in a huge gondola and is assisted by “three negroes and three dark female assistants.” The background is “Orientish” and shows the pyramids and the desert. “The blacks do a hop, step and jump around the stage, and one of the girls does a dance she shouldn’t.”

Eva Allen

The act was seventeen minutes long on the full stage. Eva Allen is a mind reader. She is accompanied by a “professor” who describes what she will do. He calls out to people to hold up their hands. She gets laughs from some of her remarks, though no comedy was planned.

Shaw and Eddy

The act was eight minutes long. Shaw and Eddy open with a slang narrative. The man then dresses as a messenger boy and does an eccentric dance in eccentric makeup.

Viva Renard

The act was seven minutes long. Renard sings and makes several costume changes.
