Tom Barry and Co.

This sketch entitled “The German Invasion” was eighteen minutes long. A young couple begins to move into the house that the man’s father bought for them. The father (played by Tom Barry) is in “Dutchman” makeup and tells the son to assert his authority over his wife. The wife overhears and begins to pack to return home to her parents. Her husband is horrified and both of them cast away the father and his meddling ways .

Pearl Evans and Co.

This musical comedy was twenty-four minutes long on the full stage. The cast includes a six girls, a prima donna ingenue, a juvenile man, and an Irish comedian. The production and story is very similar to burlesque.

Elliot and West

The act was eight minutes long. Two boys sing and dance in derbies, cutaway suits, and white clown makeup. They open with a song and dance and then do some ancient cross-fire talk. They change to loose coats and do a scarecrow dance. They also dance together in wooden shoes.

Chrisconia Trio

The act was fourteen minutes long. This trio of straight Italian singers consists of two men and one woman dressed in Italian costume. They sing a standard routine of classical numbers.

Three Romans

The act was eight minutes long. Two men in Roman costumes and mustaches and a woman in a knee length dancing skirt and heeled slippers are equilibrists. The woman stand on top of two twelve foot ladders and the men balance on them and perform tricks.

Colonial Trio

The act was fifteen minutes on the full stage. A man and two girls sing and play instruments. One of the girls is an excellent harpist and the man has the perfect voice for ballads. At the opening, the man is dressed up as an old man and the girl plays the harp. The man then changes into a green suit and comes into the audience to sing ballads.
