Rutledge Pickering and Co.

The story is of a college boy's return to his home on the farm after being away for his first year. The boy comes back a city chap, telling of all the money he has spent. The father makes him change into some overalls. The boy promises to work his way through college and all is well.
The idea may be quite old but is very well acted and situations well worked. The father, a rube character, is exceedingly well done. The son and the girl who plays his sweetheart are also well done. There are plenty of good lines and laughs.
