The act opens with "Egypt," and shifts to "Greece," and "India." Each is beautifully and appropriately costumed and staged. The last named rather borrows its theme from Anatole France's "Thais," because it recites the story of a "sinner who became a saint." Perhaps the most striking of the ballets is the first, which shows Miss St. Denis as Isis and Mr. Ted Shawn as Osiris, with the girls in scarabeus costume.
It is one of the best spectacles on vaudeville.
