Mr. Manley wrote "Kid Hickey," a "conversation" with a plot.
The one song sung, "I'd Give My Life for a Pal Like You," is a very good number, and made a very big hit at Pastor's. The piece scored well, also, and with a little working over should make a desirable vaudeville number to be played in "one," where it rightfully belongs.
