"The Fifth Commandment."
Closing the first half Steger held the attention of his audience completely, and at his well-devised climax won rounds and rounds of applause—indeed, enough to justify even the supporting company in taking a bow or two.
There is no getting away from the fact that "The Fifth Commandment" works an immense influence upon a vaudeville audience. Its sentiment is well calculated to awaken emotion without becoming maudlin, and throughout the presentation is adequate and convincing.
