Mr. Wilson has only lately recovered from a long illness, a nervous breakdown, caused by the sudden death of his wife, Ada Lane, who was a member of his company. He is still supported by Franklyn Batie.
Jack Wilson had no trouble in capturing the lion's share of the applause and laughs with his caustic comments on the other performers and his very broad sense of comedy.
The two give an uproarious act.
